Apprentice Content Owner Localisation (Work Study)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Localisation Coordinator to join our team and support our localisation projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of localisation and project management while completing your studies. You will work closely with our united and country teams, to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality localised content.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of localisation projects across multiple languages and markets

• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Assist in implementing new process

• Perform administrative tasks related to localisation workflow (such as process documentation, note taking)

• Organise a monthly meeting with key localisation stakeholders, prepare the agenda, look for speakers

What We're Looking For

• Interest in localisation, translation, or international content adaptation

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Translation, Localisation, Linguistics, International Business)

• Excellent communication skills in English mandatory

• Additional languages desired (i.e: Mandarin)

• Basic knowledge of CAT or Project Management tools is a plus but not required
