Mission

Role Overview

As an Apprentice PMO & Data Analyst, you will work directly with the Direct Purchase Performance Manager. You will bridge the gap between community animation/events (promoting the Purchase Center of Excellence's impact across process, people, and tools) and data analytics (building precise dashboards that directly boost operational performance). 

Key Responsibilities

1. PMO & Community Animation (50%)

  • Event Management: Plan, organize and host synergy moments and global events to showcase CoE tools, processes and methodologies. (Purchase Sharing Moment, Purchase Camp, Purchase team meeting, Workshops)

  • Community Engagement: Animate the purchase network through regular updates, best-practice sharing, and interactive communication to drive process adoption. (Purchase website, purchase newsletter) 

  • Governance & Tracking: Assist in tracking project roadmaps, key milestones.

2. Data Analytics & Dashboarding (50%)

  • Dashboard Creation & Update: With the support of the digital team, drive the dashboard implementation for the whole community & for top management 

  • Performance Insights: Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to surface cost-reduction opportunities and support fact-based decision-making.

Profil

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Enrolled in a Master’s degree (M1/M2) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.

  • Experience: At least 6 months of prior professional experience (internship, gap year or previous apprenticeship) in purchase, finance, data analytics or project management is required. 

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required

  • Soft Skills: High energy and strong communication skills to animate meetings; analytical rigor to work with complex data; proactive and self-organized.

  • Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken) for daily international collaboration.
