The context Within Decathlon, the United Development & Real Estate team (UDRE) brings together 34 specialists of 15 nationalities spread across 13 countries. Driving a global dynamic to serve local teams, our team puts its expertise at the service of the group's Development and Real Estate Strategy. Since 2020, the UDRE has been animating the UGDR (United Guidance for Development and Real Estate), a collaborative community bringing together 500 teammates across more than 40 countries. Its ambition is to make real estate a major lever in the transformation of Decathlon's business model, while contributing to making sports accessible to the many. Through working groups, the UGDR addresses all the strategic challenges of the sector: development strategy, training, productivity of square meters, renewable energies, data, architecture, competitive intelligence, etc. By stimulating the sharing of best practices, the community offers each area of expertise the means to accelerate its impact on an international scale. To support this community, we are working towards a training offer dedicated to development and real estate to meet the human development needs of all expertises: Business Development, Architecture, Technical, Asset Management, Sustainable Development… Your mission The Decathlon United Development & Real Estate team is looking for an international, creative, and dynamic profile to strengthen, lead, and animate the training program for our community. Your key responsibilities As a true orchestrator of the entire training program for the community, you promote a positive environment with experts and learners. Proactive and full of proposals, you work closely with community experts to propose the best training solutions. You embody the continuous improvement spirit of the UDRE team. MISSION 1 : DEVELOPMENT & REAL ESTATE SKILLS MAPPING Map current and future key skills by expertise and update job descriptions. Define appropriate training pathways by identifying existing offers and developing missing modules. Anticipate technological, societal, and sectoral evolutions to continuously update the skills framework. MISSION 2 : DEVELOPMENT & REAL ESTATE TRAINING Coordinate all training courses for the branch, update available content, and design new modules based on the community's needs. Steer the operational management of training courses, both digital and physical: scheduling, registrations, trainer logistics, communication, and evaluations. Animate the community of learners to foster exchanges and networking before, during, and after sessions. Ensure synergy with Decathlon University by promoting relevant content. Measure the concrete impact of upskilling and follow up on post-training action plans. MISSION 3 : UDRE TEAM TRAINING NEEDS Support the identification of training needs for each UDRE team member. Track the main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): budget, number of training courses per teammate, etc.

Your skills Strong interest in training and HR topics Project Management Collaboration, Team spirit, Communication Functional management, ability to convince Organization, Time and priority management Agility and adaptability Understanding of business challenges Minimum B2 level in English - daily exchanges in an international environment Your experience You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in cross-functional or organizational project management with functional management, ideally in an international environment. You master end-to-end project management, milestone structuring, and KPI tracking. A first experience in the real estate or retail development sector is a real plus.
