Within the Running Commercialization team, you will drive the OIBs trade marketing and the worldwide product training strategies.

You will collaborate closely with Countries, SRB, and sport teams (such as Category Management, Merchandising, Supply, and Marketing ) coordinating the construction and implementation of 2 main stakes for our growth : 

  • Driving our Partners’ brand Trade Marketing Excellence: From long-term strategic planning to flawless omnichannel execution. Partnering with the other running brands ( such as Asics, Brooks… ) to drive best-in-class operational execution, from roadmap to store-floor reality, your key mission will be to manage our copeco activations blueprint.

  • Elevating Retail Capability: Designing and leading our product training programs to empower our worldwide network and ensure premium in-store expertise. Reframing our training project and strategies, organizing our referents week, animating our referent network and monitoring country teams to champion our product expertise for our customers.

Profile

Hard skills :

  • Solid experience in Merchandising & Retail : Deep understanding of retail store archetypes and their constraints to optimize the application and performance of the Brand display.

  • Business  Mastery: leveraging partners strengths to create business, negotiating activation allocations and ensuring full transparency with partners; you love to perform, are results oriented, obsessed with the details and live the concrete reality on the floor

  • Vision and Activation Strategic plan (Omnichannel): Ability to translate business goals into a concrete "52-week animation plan," coordinating both digital (reviews, content enrichment) and physical (Proshops, showcases, totems) activations.

  • Data driven Analytics: Strong focus on measuring the success of marketing investments. Ability to use performance data (Conversion, Traffic, Awareness) to optimize future Coopeco spend.

  • Training & Capability Building: Ability to reframe the vision of the product trainings for the whole  running universe ( Kiprun and the other Brands ), you are able to think out of the box, designing and driving the  programs for store teams, ensuring they have the accurate technical knowledge to explain product value to the runners.

  • International experience and Business English (B2++/ C1 minimum): Essential for discussing strategic marketing roadmaps and Coopeco budget planning with international brand VPs.

Soft Skills:

  • Good level of communication and  Influence: Skilled at negotiating and managing complex expectations between International Brands (OIBs), the sport team and retail.  You know how to navigate in a strategical environment and are able to adapt your communication

  • Operational Planning: Highly organized; capable of juggling a seasonal calendar (SS/AW campaigns) and obtain the requested display implementation into our different typology of stores.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Capable of bridging the gap between Marketing, Category Management, and Country Sales Managers to ensure activations are aligned and executable.

  • Solutions-maker: Proactive and optimistic you have developed the capabilities to finding new ways to promote products and elevate the In-store/Online experience.

  • Results-oriented: As a project and progress manager, you are determined to take on any bold challenges.
