Mission
Join our supply team (10 ZMPs and 2 ZMPMs) within the Wintersport collective, based at the Decathlon Mountain site. We are part of Great Outdoor, and Our playground is the mountain in winter!
Main responsabilities:
Guaranteeing profitable growth in my area by ensuring the best offer is available with optimal stock levels across the supply chain.
1/ Secure the alignment of the economic framework
2/ Pilot & ensure the reliability of sales forecast across time horizons
3/ Ensure reliable purchase planning
4/ Manage pricing
5/ Manage stock distribution parameters
Additionnal missions according to your skills.
Profile
A Strong International Background: You bring robust international experience to the table, ideally having worked as a ZMP or Commercial Director (DirCo) in one of our priority countries.
A Strategic Career Vision: You see this role as a key step in your development. Your long-term project is to eventually return to a local country subsidiary to share the global mindset and DMI (Brand HQ) experience you will gain here.
