Mission

Within the go to market team for the tfitness & sportswear universe, the digital team is looking for a a digital sales operations in training. His main responsability is to oversee the digital sales performance of fighting sports, Yoga and Pilates markets  and create opportunities of growth


RESPONSABILITY 1 : IMPULSE  DIGITAL SALES STRATEGY

  • Identify business opportunities on the selected markets

  • Monitor the digital sales performance of the product offering across countries in the region : 1P-2P-3P, growth and profitability

  • Generate reports and insights to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes

  • Lead the collaboration with digital commerce stakeholders in the region  and the European countries 

  • Benchmark against industry standards and competitors

  • Do continuous improvement and stay updated on digital commercial trends and best practices

RESPONSABILITY 2 : BOOST ONLINE PERFORMANCES WITH A PRODUCT AND SERVICE ACTIVATION PLAN 

  • Develop digital promotion plans

  • Coordinate product selection for campaigns, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize stocks

  • Collaborate with all commercial team & take part of sports milestone ( Products Selection, Top Flop …)
