Mission
Within the go to market team for the tfitness & sportswear universe, the digital team is looking for a a digital sales operations in training. His main responsability is to oversee the digital sales performance of fighting sports, Yoga and Pilates markets and create opportunities of growth
RESPONSABILITY 1 : IMPULSE DIGITAL SALES STRATEGY
Identify business opportunities on the selected markets
Monitor the digital sales performance of the product offering across countries in the region : 1P-2P-3P, growth and profitability
Generate reports and insights to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes
Lead the collaboration with digital commerce stakeholders in the region and the European countries
Benchmark against industry standards and competitors
Do continuous improvement and stay updated on digital commercial trends and best practices
RESPONSABILITY 2 : BOOST ONLINE PERFORMANCES WITH A PRODUCT AND SERVICE ACTIVATION PLAN
Develop digital promotion plans
Coordinate product selection for campaigns, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize stocks
Collaborate with all commercial team & take part of sports milestone ( Products Selection, Top Flop …)
