Mission
We are seeking a Program Manager (Digital People) to manage Decathlon's transformation initiative: Team Up for People alongside the global program management for Workday deployment & other program managers for the initiative
The MissionYou will be responsible for orchestrating the global implementation of the Workday platform, replacing fragmented People tools currently used across all countries. Your ultimate goal is to deliver a simplified, best-in-class Teammate Experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Define and maintain the strategic roadmap, manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and ensure critical interdependencies with other program domains (Finance, P2P, EPM) are properly managed.
Execution & Governance: Lead program governance, including orchestrating the quarterly Customer Advisory Board (CAB) with People Leaders, monitoring progress against milestones, and providing coaching to Stream Leaders & experts.
Budget Management: Oversee and monitor the program budget, managing variances, and formalizing Change Requests (CRs) for arbitration.
Risk & Issue Management: Act as the first level of escalation for risks and issues raised by Stream Leaders. Maintain and actively manage the Program Risk Log to ensure proactive mitigation.
Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for People leaders in the transformation with your sponsor, ensure strong alignment and validation of Roles & Responsibilities (R&R), and manage high-level communication and conflict resolution.
This is a high-impact, global role requiring a strategic mindset and program leadership skills.
Profile
Required Profile and Key Competencies Leadership and Program Experience: Experienced leader with a proven track record in managing global-scale digital transformation programs. Business Knowledge: Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems. Experience with the Workday platform is a major asset. Vision and Governance: Strong ability to define and maintain a strategic vision and rigorous program governance. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution, essential for uniting international HR leaders. Coordination: Ability to effectively coordinate teams.
Operational Mastery: Proven mastery of budget management, risk management, and complex interdependencies in a multi-country context.
