We are looking for a dynamic and creative Corporate Social Media Specialist who is passionate about sports, digital communication, and social media. As part of the Corporate Affairs Team, you will work on projects primarily focused on corporate communication, helping to shape and amplify Decathlon’s presence across digital and social media platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our global corporate digital and social media teams, as well as our top management, to develop impactful content and drive engagement. You will play a key role in bringing Decathlon’s corporate storytelling to life, staying ahead of social media trends, and ensuring our messages reach the right audiences.

YOUR MISSION 

  • Corporate Social Media Strategy & Management:Work with internal stakeholders to build and deploy a cohesive external communication strategy rooted in Decathlon’s global content pillars and priorities. Oversee and grow Decathlon’s corporate presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring a consistent, impactful, and user-centric brand voice.

  • Animating the Corporate Social Media Leader Community:Lead and engage the global Corporate Social Media Leader Community by organizing a monthly alignment meeting to share best practices, insights, and key global communications. Foster collaboration across markets, sports, and services to ensure coherence with the Decathlon Social Media Guidelines and the Decathlon Playbook.

  • LinkedTeams Project Management:Coordinate and manage the technical migration of multiple LinkedIn accounts to achieve a unified global corporate presence. Support markets throughout every step of the transition: troubleshooting issues, aligning processes, and guiding them through best practices. Collaborate closely with LinkedIn teams and internal technical stakeholders to ensure all technical, governance, and compliance steps are covered, enabling a smooth, scalable, and future-proof merger.

  • Training & Upskilling Programs:Design and deliver training sessions for social media leaders worldwide, enabling them to develop stronger content creation skills, adopt Decathlon’s corporate communication standards, and collaborate effectively within the LinkedTeams project ecosystem.

  • Internal Digital Monthly Newsletter:Create and distribute a weekly internal newsletter highlighting key LinkedIn content, global priorities, and relevant insights to keep Decathlon teammates informed and engaged.

  • Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Optimization: Define and monitor key performance indicators across corporate platforms. Analyze social media performance and audience insights to optimize strategies, support crisis communication when needed, and drive long-term impact.

  • Employee Advocacy:Lead initiatives that empower teammates to become ambassadors of Decathlon’s corporate messages. Develop communication toolkits and guidelines to support global announcements and reinforce our shared voice.

  • Administrative & Financial Operations:Manage supplier creation, purchase orders, payment requests, and budget monitoring to ensure smooth operational support for the Corporate Affairs and Digital Communication teams.

Hybrid - Based in Lille: 3 days on site + 2 remote days
