Your responsabilities :

Business :

• Develop and implement a team project that is connected to the BU & group strategy, with a focus on strong governance and resilience, consistent with international objectives.

• Monitor ongoing financial operations and financial systems and flows in the scope of activity within the company, in the area of responsibility

• Perform regular in-depth analysis on financials, ensuring the integrity and financial accuracy of our books and records.

• Ensure compliance by managing the internal control system’s performance and effectiveness.

• Alert and play an active role in securing the business and mitigate the risks identified in the area of responsibility

Human : 

• Responsible of the development of the teammates: propose tailored development plans, teach, share

• Identify the points to improve of the team mates and find effective situations/ ways to guarantee the development of those points

• Identify the talents in the team, take risks to give more responsibility and follow up

• Build an effective, motivated and complementary team

• Present and promote the internal career possibilities and development plans

• Involve the team in the external recruitment, listen and take into consideration their opinion, keeping the level of exigency (recruit strong potentials)

• Guarantee the good integration of new teammates

Within the CoE FR Retail, you will be responsible for a cross activity Accounting Partner team whose responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the accuracy of their scope's financial statements;

• Performing financial statement reviews (FSR);

• Ensuring smooth audit feedback from our auditors ;

• Supporting partners with their financial needs/accounting analysis;

• Window contact point between our partners and the group (consolidation, treasury, COE’s) ;

You may also be involved in various United projects such as:

• Centralizing audits ;

• Onboarding new partners within the COE FR ;

Your profil

• Ready to commit for an experience of minimum 3 years in an international environment

• Successful experience in finance (3+ years in accounting, flows, tools...)

• Successful experience of functional management (team management is a plus but not mandatory)

• Good communication skills (oral & written), you are able to motivate people

• Disruptive / creative : you can easily question, challenge and rethink processes

• Result oriented

• Capacity to adapt

• Thorough & organised

• Fluent in English & French (or eager to learn French)

Your work environment 

Your workplace is ideally located in Lille, within a sports environment (several sports fields are available around our site). At noon or even during our meetings, you share and regularly practice sports with your teammates.
